Where’s Julee in the Fake Plants?

A photo of the wall in my workspace.
Yes, it’s covered in faux greenery. But somehow, watching these fake plants sway and rustle when the breeze comes through the window…
it’s oddly refreshing.

I sketched this with a tiny wish in mind—that maybe someday I’d get to work somewhere with real plants.
But as you can see, there’s not a whole lot of green in my drawing after all.

I got so caught up in the details, obsessing over each tiny tree. So I’m feeling kinda wiped.

There’s a piece of art that completely blew my mind when I saw it.
You know Where’s Waldo? Yeah, that one.
Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, That’s in a whole other universe, totally untouchable. But Where’s Waldo? That feels just barely within human reach… sort of.

But turns out, I can't.
Just drawing a single tree drains me, so Where’s Waldo? ?
Don't be ridiculous. If I drew it, there’d only be like, twenty people.
Even a puppy would take one look and be like, “Hey, there’s Waldo! Right over there!”
